Elizabeth Brooks is a Licensed Master Social Worker, who graduated from the University of Texas-Arlington with a Masters in Social Work, specializing in Mental Health and Substance Abuse. She is also a Licensed Clinical Dependency Counselor-Intern, where she plays a crucial role in helping people struggling with substance abuse and addiction. Elizabeth has experience with maternal mental health (antepartum, postpartum, parenting), drug/alcohol issues, relationship and family conflict, and non-suicidal self-injury. She has been utilizing skills from treatment modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Person-Centered Therapy, and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy. Elizabeth works with adults, families, and adolescents.
